BITRUN operates as a technical solutions architecture partner specializing specifically in deployment configurations within the area of Business Accounting. All operations are structured around business-to-business system support models.

2. Service Location Policy

Please note that all custom software adjustments or database fixes require a strict verification and internal testing window immediately following integration. For ongoing device stability or maintenance requirements, clients are instructed to coordinate logistics to deliver physical hardware and terminals directly to our primary operational office workshop situated in MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai for diagnostic tasks outside standard remote system management constraints.

3. Messaging & Interactive Communications

By opting into interactions with our channels via standard automated tools or Google RCS Business Messaging frameworks, you explicitly authorize receipt of transactional logs, support metrics, configuration templates, and operational reminders. Opt-out rules are built-in: users can completely terminate automated interaction streams instantly at any juncture by sending the text "STOP".

4. Liability Limitations

BITRUN limits structural exposure under legal rules. We remain fully absolved of any consequential parameters, commercial delays, operational pauses, or unforeseen disruptions experienced during accounting maintenance intervals or physical workstation servicing procedures.
